We’re not interested in doing things like they’ve always been done, instead, we’re looking to encourage new and exciting ideas, embrace radical creativity and provide the type of support that enables great ideas to become reality!

Change is inevitable and it requires a clear vision in order to flow with it. Our vision of downtown Oshawa includes fostering an environment that encourages and supports all businesses and residents, nurtures a thriving nightlife, rich and immersive cultural activites and wraps it all in a blanket of cleanliness, safety and security. As a result of this vision, downtown Oshawa businesses will thrive.
